The Rift was never meant to open.

When an experimental jump drive catastrophically misfires, Commander Alex Reeve and Dr. Sienna Vale find themselves flung across the galaxy—far beyond the reach of human civilization. Stranded in the orbit of a dying world, they discover a derelict alien megastructure, its halls whispering with ghostly transmissions, its machinery still humming with enigmatic purpose.
